We're an integrated practice of architects and engineers. Where most projects split the building and its technology across separate firms, TAK keeps both together, so the walls, the containment and the systems are coordinated long before anything is built.
Two disciplines, one team
TAK works across two disciplines. Architecture & Design covers BIM consulting, architecture and interior design. AV & Technology (this division) designs and documents the audiovisual, security and lighting-control systems that go inside. A client can take one discipline or both; when it's both, it's the same studio coordinating them end to end, with a single point of contact.
The technology division
We design and document integrated technology for medium-to-large commercial projects: offices, hospitality, cultural, retail and high-end residential. Audiovisual, security and lighting control, designed against the architecture and delivered as drawing-ready documentation: schematics, layouts, schedules and a bill of materials a contractor can price and build.
How we work
Plainly, and by evidence rather than adjectives. We start from how a space is used, design the systems to suit it, coordinate them with the building model, and stay with the project through commissioning, so what gets switched on is what was drawn. Warm, precise, and accountable from the first sketch to handover.
